The study aimed to identify the factors influencing university students' inclination toward entrepreneurship in the city of Tripoli, with a focus on personal, social, educational, and economic aspects. It adopted a descriptive-analytical approach and employed a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. The instrument was administered to a simple random sample of 100 university students. The study yielded several key findings, most notably that all examined factors had a statistically significant positive impact on entrepreneurial orientation. Personal factors emerged as the most influential, followed by educational, economic, and finally social factors. The study recommended enhancing students' entrepreneurial capabilities through targeted curricula and training programs. Additionally, it emphasized the need to foster an enabling economic and social environment that supports entrepreneurial initiatives and mitigates the challenges faced by aspiring young entrepreneurs in this field.
