The conceptual framework of digitization and its impact on the quality of education in Libya

This research aims at a variety of variables, transformations and developments that continue to affect its positive and negative repercussions on the contemporary world, and the ruling and dominant element in it has become scientific and technological progress; because the era we live in now is a new era - the era of digitization and information civilization.
Digitization in the higher education sector may have many benefits, especially at the level of the quality of outputs, as it gives the student the opportunity to overcome many of the issues that he previously suffered from and exploit them in the positive side of them, which reflects on their effectiveness and quality.
