Abstract

This research paper explores the relationship between modern technology and cybersecurity within the Libyan context, focusing specifically on Libya Telecom and Technology (LTT). As the nation's primary telecommunications provider, LTT plays a critical role in ensuring secure digital infrastructure. The study examines current cybersecurity threats, the technological measures deployed by LTT, and the challenges faced in securing data and communication systems. Using a combination of analytical tools, the research evaluates LTT’s strategies and proposes recommendations to enhance cybersecurity practices in Libyan telecom operations. The findings contribute to a better understanding of the cybersecurity landscape in Libya and provide a model for other developing nations with similar challenges.
