The Denial of its Permissibility According to the Modern Scholars "An Authentic and Applied Study of Sunan al-Daraqutni"

Abstract

This research aims to study the essence of Deniability, its terms, rulings and its relationship to the abnormality, according to the scholars of Hadith Establishing, and then applied to Sunan al-Daraqutni, the appellations and utterances of the Deniability were numerous among the Hadith scholars, and they were gone deeply into by earlier scholars, so they applied them to everything was deniable and unrecognizable, While some of later scholars focused solely on the uniqueness of the weak, and most of them were incompatible with the reliables, that resulted in a multiplicity of its connotations and rulings debending on those terms, and Deniable narrations have seeped into a number of hadith books, including the book Al-Sunan by the Imam Abu Al-Hasan Al-Daraqutni, its compiler, one of the notables of Hadith in the fourth century AH. His book included a number of authentic and good Hadiths and a significant set of weak Hadiths, some of which were figured to be deniable, so the research necessitated, in addition to Deniability establishment, studying the reasons for Daraqutni’s inclusion of weak Hadiths in his Sunan, and reviewing samples of deniable Hadiths that, that he included in his book, studying them, and clarifying their issues and the source of their Deniability being coupled with the compiler sayings and rulings, and accompanied with quotes from other scholars regarding the scrutiny of the narrators
