A proposed vision for establishing comprehensive retirement care offices in Libya"A theoretical study"

Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the attitudes of retirees about the development of comprehensive care offices for retirees. The public civil service is a profession that relies on the human being as a focus in dealing with individuals and groups in public and private institutions. related to pension entitlement in order to ensure living and comfort for retirees and to achieve well-being for them through these offices.

Hence, this study came to develop a proposed vision for the creation of these offices for comprehensive care for all retirees in the Libyan society.
